Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.

We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases - no cash or credit card refunds. We will gladly exchange your items or give you in-store credit. Non-medical items must be returned in new condition, with tags, within 10 days of purchase.

The following items are not exchangeable: wigs, shapewear, strapless bras, compression garments, panties, swimwear, and sale items.

Return shipping is not covered by Confidentially Yours. Please include your order number and reason for return (refund or exchange), and address your package to:

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape. We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, as this can leave marks or scents that may make the item non-returnable. Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, please return items in a protective box to ensure damage-free shipping.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.

Please allow 15-20 business days for us to receive and process your online return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
